从广东省生态公益林管理的实际需求出发,运用ArcGIS Engine技术和Oracle数据库技术,构建广东省生态公益林管理信息系统,实现对生态公益林的规范化、标准化和信息化管理.文中具体阐述了系统开发环境、系统构架、数据库设计以及系统功能与实现等各项技术环节.

According to the actual needs of the ecological Non-commercial forest management in Guangdong Province,using ArcGIS Engine technology and Oracle database technology,we build the Guangdong Province ecological non-commercial forest management information system,and achieved standardization and information management on the ecological non-commercial forest management.This paper specifically described technical routing of system development environment,system architecture,database design and system functionality and realization etc.
