后外侧入路切开复位治疗外踝及后踝骨折 被引量:8

摘要 目的通过后外侧入路治疗外踝及后踝骨折。方法通过踝关节后外侧入路,用重建钢板治疗外踝骨折,拉力螺钉治疗后踝骨折。结果随访时间10~25个月,平均18个月,骨折均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间7.5个月。临床观察获得满意的结果,按Olerud和Molangder的关节伤后自我评分系统[1],优19例,良4例,可2例,总优良率92%。结论后外侧入路切开复位治疗外踝及后踝骨折,术中可充分暴露术野,易于复位及固定,是一种良好的手术方法。
