摘要
在NH3-NH4Cl 底液中,尼莫地平在汞电极上有一灵敏的导数还原峰,峰电位为- 0.73V (vs.SCE)。峰电流与尼莫地平的浓度在2.0×10- 7~7.0×10- 5m ol/L范围内成线性关系(r= 0.9998)。检出限为1.0×10- 8m ol/L。该法应用于片剂中尼莫地平含量的测定,对尼莫地平在汞电极上的电化学行为进行了探讨。
In a supporting electrolyte of NH 3 NH 4Cl,a sensitive derivative reduction peak of nimodipine was found by single sweep oscillopolarography.The peak potential is -0.73 V ( vs. SCE).The relationship between peak current and the concentration of nimodipine is linear from 2.0×10 -7 to 7.0×10 -5 mol/L.The detection limit is 1.0×10 -8 mol/L.The method was applied to the determination of nimodipine in tablet with satisfactory results.The electrochemical behaviour of nimodipine at Hg electrode was also explored.
