介绍了润滑油基础油生产的补充精制的最新工艺技术,提出采用低温吸附精制工艺取代传统的白土补充精制工艺,即在液相络合脱氮工艺的基础上,用微量的高效吸附剂代替活性白土,并可取消加热炉,达到节能降耗、降低成本、提高经济效益的目的。

The up to date process technology for finish refining in production of base oil of lube oil is introduced,the substitution of low-temperature adsorption refining process for traditional white clay finish refining process is proposed,viz.,the trace efficient adsorbent is used instead of active white clay based on the liquid-phase complex denitrification process,the heating furnace can be eliminated,and the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction,cost reduction,and economic benefit improvement can be realized.
