The 1 200 kt/a Ethylene Expansion Project is the major project of Daqing Petrochemical Company in the'Eleventh five-year plan'.With this project as an example,this paper discussed the implementation scheme of the pipeline network revamp project in respects of project's general situation,material plan,construction procedure preparation,process operation,cost control,risk prevention,and etc.
