家庭体育主要是以家庭为单位,进行多种形式的体育锻炼活动,具有形式灵活性、内容多样性等特征,因此深受广大人民群众的喜爱。文章在调查研究的基础上对合肥城市家庭体育活动方式的现状进行调查研究,详细分析当前合肥市家庭体育活动方式上的不足,并提出相应的对策建议,以期能够有效促进我国家庭体育活动的开展。

Family sports take families as the units,doing various forms of physical exercise activities.It is fond by the popular because of its flexibility forms and diversity.The article study the statues of Hefei urban about sports activities on the basic investigate,analysis the shortages of the current Hefei family sports activities in detail,and propose the corresponding countermeasure,to effectively promote the launching of China＇s family sports activities.
