民族传统体育在大学体育课程中实施和开展的现状研究

A Study on Current Situation of the Application of Ethnic Traditional Sports in College P.E Course

通过问卷调查等方法,对民族传统体育在大学体育课程中实施和开展的现状进行研究,结果表明:大学生对民族传统体育总体不够了解。在此基础上,提出通过体育教学改革、加强师资队伍建设、开展各种形式民族体育社团活动等方式,激发学生对民族传统体育的兴趣和锻炼热情。

By using the method of questionnaire investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the application of ethnic traditional sports in college P.E course.The results indicate that college students fail to have comprehensive knowledge of ethnic traditional sports and propose that students＇ interest and enthusiasm of training can be enhanced by reforming P.E teaching,strengthening teaching faculty construction and carrying out a variety of ethnic sports community activities.
