从高校的功能及地方高校的特性出发,分析地方高校引领地方文化的意义和优势,阐述地方高校引领地方文化发展的三种方式,并以广西民族师范学院为例提出地方高校引领地方文化发展的几点认识。

Based on the functions and features of local universities,this paper analyzes their significance and advantages in promoting the development of local culture.Meanwhile,taking the case of Guangxi Normal University Nationalities,it proposes three ways for local universities to promote the development of local culture.
