冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗难治性心力衰竭15例的护理体会 被引量：3

摘要 难治性心力衰竭诊断标准为心功能分级按纽约心脏病学会（NYHA）在Ⅲ～Ⅳ级的心力衰竭患者，在适当而完善的洋地黄制剂、利尿剂和神经激素拮抗剂治疗，消除合并症和诱因后，症状和临床状态仍未能得到改善或很快复发或进行性恶化，其5年病死率高达50％。
