基于排列图与因果图的背光模组品质分析与改善 被引量:3

摘要 在阐述排列图与因果图基本原理的基础上,应用排列图和因果图对背光模组质量问题产生的原因进行充分分析,并提出改善措施。结果表明:排列图与因果图联合使用是一种分析、解决质量问题的有效方法,不仅可以降低分析成本,而且能够快速而准确地找到产生问题的主要原因,进而解决问题。 Based on the analysis of basic principle of Pareto diagrams and Causality diagram, the reason of quality problems on baeklight module was fully analyzed and the measures for improvement were proposed. Result shows that the combination of using Pareto diagrams and Causality diagram is a kind of effective method to analyze and solve quality problems, which can not only reduce the cost but also find out the main reason quickly and accurately.
