摘要 文化与教育是相伴而生、相互促进的。文化赋予教育以社会价值和存在意义,教育是文化的"生命机制"。在现代乡村教育中,"城市世界"成为构造教育蓝图的基础与背景,而传统乡村文明被排斥于视野之外,这对于乡村社会的发展和文化传递是非常不利的。因此,必须保持乡村教育的乡土性,走城市教育与乡村教育"和而不同"的和谐发展道路。为此,应引导农民正确认知自身价值和乡村社会,正确地传承和发展乡村文化,从而树立起乡村社会的文化自信。鉴于此,必须充分挖掘乡村文化中的教育资源,构建以乡村教师为主导的乡村文化教育空间,培养人格健全的乡村青少年。 Culture and education promote each other. In rural areas now, traditional rural civilization is ignored, which is unfavorable to the development of rural society and cultural transmission, so the rural features must be preserved, different from those of urban features, namely, harmony but not sameness. To achieve this aim, peasants should be guided to know their value and society, develop the rural cul- ture, and what' s more, have confidence. In view of this, educational resources must be explored in rural areas, rural teachers work as the leading body of culture and education, and youths are cultivated in per- sonality
