关于加强河北省农民科技教育培训的思考

Reflections on the Training of Agricultural Science and Technology for Peasants in Hebei Province

农民问题是"三农"问题的核心,农民科技文化素质是影响农业科技进步的关键。就河北省而言,农民科技教育培训投入不足、机制不完善、方式方法有待创新等,是制约农民科技文化素质提高的主要因素;适应新形势发展需要,切实加强农民科技教育培训工作已是迫在眉睫;适应不断变化的市场需求丰富培训内容、适应不同层次不同行业就业需求创新培训形式,是提高农民科技教育培训效果的主要途径。同时,改善和加强农民科技教育培训工作需要多措并举,逐步完善。

As far as Hebei province is concerned, there are some deficiencies in the training of agricultural technology for peasants such as shortage of capital, poor system, improper methods and so on, which restrain the improvement of peasants＇ quality. In the new situation, training contents should face market, proper to peasants＇employment in all levels. In the meantime, various measures are taken to improve this training.
