摘要
铁路大型养路机械DC-32型捣固车返厂大修中的结构件存在诸多方面的变形,通过分析火焰矫正法的工作原理及其不同的加热方式所适用的情形以及控制矫正效果的主要因素,从而确定了DC-32型捣固车主车架大修的施工工艺,解决了矫正复杂变形的难题。
By analyzing the principles of flame redressing operation,heating methods applicable to differ- ent cases and elements influencing redressing effects, which may be applied to distortions frequently found on structures of DC-32 Tamping vehicles during their overhauls in workshop, the maintenance techniques can be decided for the main frame overhaul of this type of tamping vehicles and the problems with the complicated distortion redressing can be solved.
