摘要
为了解鱼塘污泥中光合细菌的类群分布,利用特异性培养基对采自周口地区鱼塘的泥水样品进行富集、分离和纯化,得到4株紫色非硫细菌(PNSB)。根据菌落及菌体形态学观察、活细胞吸收光谱测定、碳源和生长因子利用等生理生化试验,确定PSB-1和PSB-4菌株属于红假单胞菌属中的沼泽红假单胞菌,PSB-2菌株属于红假单胞菌属中的荚膜红假单胞菌,PSB-3菌株属于红细菌属中的万尼氏红微菌。研究表明,鱼塘污泥中广泛存在紫色非硫细菌类群。
In order to get the message of the amount distributions of photo synthetic bacteria of a fishpond in Zhoukou,four purple non-sulfer bacterial strains were isolated by enrichment and purification from the sediments of the rearing pond utilizing a specific nutrient medium.The colonial morphology,culture characteristic,absorb spectrum of living cells,various organic carbon sources and the biochemical characteristics were investigated.The results showed that strains of PSB-1 and PSB-4 belong to Rhodopseudomonas palustris,strain PSB-2 belongs to Rhodopseudomonas capsulatus and strain PSB-3 belongs to Rhodomicrobium vannielii.This indicates that there are prevalent genus and species of purple non-sulfur bacteria in the mud of rearing pond.
