摘要
分析得出不锈钢波纹管中超声导波的近似频散方程,利用disperse软件对方程进行数值求解,设计出满足不锈钢波纹管超声导波检测的电磁声(EMAT)换能器及压电换能器,并选择L(0,2)模态超声导波对不锈钢波纹管试样进行检测,结果表明超声导波可以检测不锈钢波纹管的横向裂纹缺陷,而对通孔缺陷较难识别。
An approximate frequency dispersion equation of supersonic guided wave in corrugated tube made from stainless steel has been obtained from analysis,and the solution of said equation being nu- mericaly sought by using the disperse software. The L(0,2) modal supersonic guided wave has been selected to detect the said corrugated tubes. The electromagnetic acoustic transducer (EMAT) and pie- zoelectric transducer have been designed to satisfy the supersonic guided wave detection of corrugated tubes made from stainless steel. Through conducting test on corrugated tube samples of stainless steel, the feasibility of using supersonic guided wave to detect corrugated tubes made from stainless steel has been validated. Results of test show that the transversal cracks on corrugated tubes made from stain- less steel can be detected using the supersonic guided wave, but the defect of through- hole being diffi- cult to distinguish.
