摘要
利用锅炉运行数据和机组DCS,通过建模及优化实现了锅炉燃烧优化的闭环控制。在通辽发电总厂600MW机组上的应用结果表明,在600 MW负荷下,锅炉燃烧优化控制系统可使锅炉热效率提高0.58%,氮氧化物排放浓度降低10%以上。
By using data in boiler operation and the existing DCS control system, through establishment of model,the closed- loop optimization control in boiler operation has been realized. The result of ap- plication on 600 MW unit in Tongliao Ceneral Power Plant shows that as in the following:under load of 600 MW,the thermal efficiency of boiler has increased 0. 56%, the concentration of NOx emission has decreased more than 10%.
