摘要
本文对唐代的尊老养老政策进行了考察，认为唐代建立了完备的尊老养老政策及中央主导、地方配合并组织实施的尊老养老机制，在措施上既有政治上的礼遇、经济上的激励，又有法律上的保障，在具体规定上体现出细致性和可操作性的特点，堪称封建社会的典范。
This paper probes the policy of respect and care for the aged in the Tang Dynasty, and reckons that it can be a model of feudal society. There were well-established policy of respect and care for the aged, and centralled and local-implemented mechanisms with political courtesy, economic incentives, legal guarantee, and detailed provisions for feasible performance.
