利用植物性添加物防治番茄根结线虫病的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研发低毒性、低残留杀线剂,提高农产品的质量安全性提供科学依据,分别进行了室内盆栽试验、田间小区试验和田间示范应用,系统考察了一种新型植物源线虫速杀剂对番茄根结线虫病的防治效果。结果表明,植物源线虫速杀剂对番茄根结线虫具有十分显著的防效,最高平均防效可达到75.33%,和其他药剂之间存在极显著差异,在降低发病高峰期根结指数方面效果最为显著,对降低发病初期的病株率也有一定作用,且防效极显著优于其他几种供试药剂,值得在生产上进一步推广应用。 In order to develop a low toxic and low residual nematicide and provide scientific basis for guaranteeing the quality security of agricultural products, we carried out a indoor pot experiment, a field plot experiment and field application demonstration, and investigated the control effects of a new plant-based nematicide on tomato root-knot nematode disease. The results showed that the control efficiency of the plant-based nematicide was very significant compared to other insecticides, with the highest average control efficiency of 75.33%. The plant-based nematicide could reduce the root-knot index at peak incidence period and the diseased plant rate at early incidence period significantly, so it could widely use in the production.
