骨桥蛋白反义寡核苷酸对卵巢癌细胞HO-8910PM体外增殖的实验研究
摘要
卵巢癌是死亡率较高的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,因易转移而广泛播散,70%的患者就诊时已属晚期,因此卵巢癌的早期诊断和治疗尤其重要。许多研究提示骨桥蛋白（osteopontin,OPN）很有希望作为卵巢癌新的肿瘤标志物,进而用于卵巢癌的早期诊断和病情预测。骨桥蛋白（OPN）是一种磷酸化糖蛋白,首先由骨骼组织中分离而来,
