食物过敏后消化系统形态学变化的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 食物过敏(food allergy,FA)是全球关注的公共卫生问题。约4%-8%的儿童和1%-2%的成年人发生过FA[1]。且近年报道FA的发病率呈上升趋势[2]。研究表明当肠道过敏反应时,肠道黏膜上皮细胞的屏障受到损伤,肠道通透性增加[3,4]。而目前对食物过敏后消化道的病理形态学变化并没有详细的研究。根据过敏性休克死亡豚鼠脏器形态学研究结果提示,
