桥本甲状腺炎和Graves病患者Th17细胞的检测及意义 被引量:2

Detection and significance of the alteration of Th17 cells in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis and Graves' disease

摘要 目的探讨自身免疫性甲状腺病(桥本甲状腺炎和Graves病)患者外周血Th17细胞的水平及意义。方法收集桥本甲状腺炎(HT)和Graves病患者及健康对照组各30例,检测各组外周血Th17/CD4+T细胞百分率及甲状腺自身抗体水平。结果自身免疫性甲状腺病(桥本甲状腺炎和Graves病)患者外周血Th17/CD4+T细胞百分率较正常对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05;P<0.01),且桥本甲状腺炎患者升高更为明显。同时发现桥本甲状腺炎患者外周血Th17/CD4+T细胞百分率与Tg-Ab呈显著的正相关性(r=0.737,P<0.01),与TPO-Ab无显著相关性(r=-0.107,P=0.654)。结论 Th17细胞与自身免疫性甲状腺病的发生发展可能有关,Th17/CD4+T细胞的检测可以考虑做为自身免疫性甲状腺病的诊断依据之一,尤其是对桥本甲状腺炎的诊断意义更大。 Objective To investigate the alteration and its significance of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of the patients with Autoimmune thyroid disease(Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves’ disease).Methods Collection of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT) and Graves’ patients and healthy control group,30 cases were detected in peripheral blood Th17/CD4+ Tcell percentage and the level of thyroid autoantibodies.Results The peripheral blood Th17/CD4+ T cells in patients with Autoimmune thyroid disease(Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves’ disease) was higher than the normal control group,difference was statistically significant,(P〈0.05;P〈0.01),the increase is more significantly in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Th17/CD4+ Tcell percentage and Tg-Ab was a significant positive correlation in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis patients(r=0.737,P〈0.01),and TPO-Ab was no significant correlation(r=-0.107,P=0.654).Conclusion Th17cells may be related to the development of Autoimmune thyroid disease.Detection of Th17/CD4+ T cells can be considered as one of the diagnosis of Autoimmune thyroid disease.The diagnosis of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is more meaningful.
