MRI与发作期及发作间期脑电图对局灶性癫痫定位的对照研究
摘要
癫痫是一组以反复发作为特征的慢性脑部疾病,发作时有或无意识丧失,伴或不伴精神、神经、认知、社会学等诸方面功能障碍。在人群患病率约2%[1]。神经影像学检查对难治性癫痫的诊断具有非常重要的意义,尤其是高分辨率MRI是癫痫的首选影像学检查方法,其可以显示癫痫发作的病因,对区分症状性、隐源性及先天性癫痫有重要价值,为外科手术提供依据。
