孤儿核受体Nur77在肝脏脂质代谢调控中的作用

摘要 核受体（nuclear receptor,NR）是一类配体依赖的转录因子,它在生物体内分布广泛、成员众多,是一个大家族。核受体一般可分为四大类：类固醇激素受体、甲状腺激素、维生素D受体及孤儿核受体（orphan nuclear receptors,ONR）[1]。通常,核受体都会含有氨基端（N端）的功能激活结构域、中间的DNA结合结构域以及羧基端（C端）的配体结合结构域,
