摘要
本文首先简要介绍了移动图书馆的概念与意义,进而从通信技术发展视角概括出移动图书馆发展的两个阶段:图书馆移动网站建设阶段和图书馆移动应用建设阶段;然后选择中美两国公共图书馆和大学图书馆的移动图书馆建设进行案例考察,最后给出移动图书馆建设发展带给我们的启示。
This paper briefly overviewed the mobile library development from the perspective of telecommunication technique evolution.Mobile library development can be divided into two phases：one is mobile website constructed which is based on WAP technique;another one is mobile applications developed which is based on smart phone.
