本文阐述了QFD理论与设计思想,提出了基于QFD的图书馆数字参考咨询服务质量评估方法,建立了图书馆数字参考咨询服务质量评估的质量屋模型,通过QFD质量屋模型来实现质量评估过程,力求建立一个科学合理的数字参考咨询服务质量评估的指标体系。

This paper discussed the theory and design thought QFD,and proposed a new way of digital reference service quality evaluation in library based on QFD,and set up a measurement of House of Quality.Through the House of Quality to achieve the quality assessment process,strive to establish a scientific and reasonable digital reference service quality evaluation index system.
