摘要
采用智能控制和单神经元自适应PSD控制器,实现了对高热值煤气和低热值煤气混合的自动配比控制。介绍了系统硬件组成和控制原理,于1998年2月投入运行以来,稳定可靠,控制精度达到并优于设计指标,降低了轧钢烧损,减少吨钢能耗,提高了产品质量与经济效益。
This paper fulfils the automatic-mix-control of high caloricity gas and low caloricity gas using the intelligent control and the single neuron adaptive PSD controller.In this paper,the configuration of the system hardware and the control principle are introduced.This system has been used in february,1998.The ideal control result and economic profits have been obtained.
