某煤矿变频机房两级蒸发冷却空调机组的运行分析 被引量:3

摘要 通过对煤矿矿区变频机房的环境特点及空调特点的分析,提出蒸发冷却空调技术在煤矿中使用的可行性。同时对山西省某煤矿变频机房中使用的管式间接-直接两级蒸发冷却空调机组的运行进行实际测试,并对其经济性和节能效果进行分析。研究结果表明:两级蒸发冷却空调机组不仅起到清洁空气、减少机房内尘粒的作用,而且耗电量降低50%以上。该研究将为有关设计、施工及管理人员提供参考。 Through analyzing the characteristics of both environment and air-condition- ing used for the frequency conversion engine rooms in coal mines, the feasibility of the e- vaporative cooling air-conditioning in coal mine is put forward. Meanwhile, the operation of the two-level evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit with tubular indirect-direct is actual tested which is used for the frequency conversion engine room in some coal mine in Shanxi Province,and its economy and energy-saving effect are analyzed. The results show that two-level evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit cleans air, reduces the dust particle of the engine room,simultaneously the power consumption of the unit reduces above 50%. The study will provide the corresponding reference for the designers, constructers and managers.
