摘要
在理论分析FDI与劳动力需求弹性关系的基础上,利用2000—2008年间中国外资企业省级面板数据和固定效应模型,就FDI对中国劳动力市场的影响进行研究。结果显示:FDI对劳动力需求弹性具有显著的影响,即改变劳动力与其他生产要素(资本与中间产品)的替代效应来对劳动力需求弹性产生作用,进而影响到劳动力市场的雇佣关系、就业风险和工作稳定性。
On the basis of theoretical analysis on relationship of FDI and the elasticity of China' s labor demand, this paper uses fixed effecting model and the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2008 of China' s foreign investment enterprises, trying to research the impact of FDI and the elasticity of China' s labor demand from the perspective of time and space, theory and practice. Estimates represent that the effect of FDI on the labor market is statistically significant, whicl~ impacts the elasticity of labor demand primarily through changing substitution effect of labor and other production factors ( cap ital and the intermediate product) and furthermore impact the stability of employment risk and employment relationships in the labor market.
