摘要 试验分析风机筒罩形式和送风方式对冷凝器风量及换热性能的影响,试验结果表明:具有圆弧角(15°)拉拔的风筒罩能够有效减少空气的涡流损失,其风量较直角拉拔的风筒高4%;吸风形式的冷凝器较吹风形式的风量高1.2%,换热量高8%。 The effect of fan drum cover' types and air supply modes on the air flow and heat transfer of the condenser is analyzed experimentally. The test results show that the fan drum cover with camber drawing angle (15°) could reduce eddy current loss, and the air flow of the condenser with camber drawing angle (15°) is 4% more than that of the condenser with rectangular drawing angle. The air flow of condenser with suction air fan is 1.2% more than that of the condenser with blowing air fan, and the heat transfer rate of the former is 8% more than that of the latter.
