摘要 研究墨兰炭疽病菌寄主范围及防治方法,以期对其采取有效的防治措施。测定了18种供试杀菌剂对墨兰炭疽病菌的抑菌作用和5种供试杀菌剂对墨兰炭疽病的防治效果。发现甲基托布津、多菌灵、博得、蓝普、固本、施保功、施保克、福.福锌、代森锰锌、多.福和多菌灵.嘧霉胺对该菌菌丝生长有很强的抑制作用,在浓度为500mg/L时,抑制率为100%。盆栽防治试验表明,浓度为1000mg/L的福.福锌对墨兰炭疽病的防治效果为100%。结果表明福.福锌是防治墨兰炭疽病的有效药剂。 The research aimed to determine host range and develop the effective control strategy. Eighteen fungicides were selected for inhibiting anthracnose of Cymbidium sinense in petri dish and five fungicides were used to control incidence of anthracnose in Cymbidium Sinense. Thiophanate-mcthyl, Carbendazim, Borders, Multi-sulfur, Gu Ben, Sporgon, Sportak, Fuklasin, Mancozcb, Duo Fu, Carbendazim and Pyrimethanil had strong inhibition effects on the mycelia growth of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sace., and could completely inhibit the growth of pathogen at the concentrations of 500 mg/L. The results of the experiments in vitro showed Fuklasin at the concentrations of 1000 mg/L could effectively prevent from the pathogen when spraying on leaf of Cymbidium sinense. The Conclusion can be drawn that Fuklasin is effective fungicides to control anthracnose of Cymbidium sinense.
