中国企业对非洲投资存在的问题与风险分析

对非洲投资已经成为中国企业实施"走出去"战略的重要选项。随着中非经贸关系的日益深入发展,可以预计将会有更多的中国企业走向非洲。目前中国中小企业投资非洲仍处于探索阶段,无论是企业自身还是政府层面都有许多问题需要解决。为促进中小企业更好地投资非洲,深入实施中国企业"走出去"的重大战略,政府应制定相应政策积极引导。

Investment in Africa has become an important way for China＇ s enterprises to carry out the strategy of ＂going out＂. With the increasingly developing and deepening of Central African economic and trade relations, there will be more Chinese enterprises which will go to Africa. At present, Chinese small and medium - sized enterprises investment in Africa is gradually exploring phase, because the enterprise itself and the government, there exist many problems. To further develop the small and medium enterprises to invest to Africa, we should complete China enterprise ＂going out＂ strategy and the government formulate policy and guidance.
