小容量复苏应用于脓毒症休克治疗的临床进展 被引量：1

摘要 早期液体复苏在脓毒症休克治疗中占据重要的地位,但盲目大剂量补液极易引发肺水肿等严重后果,耽误后续治疗的时机。因此,小容量复苏,尤其是高晶-高胶渗透压混合溶液（HHS）复苏方案的确立,将进一步完善脓毒症休克时的液体复苏治疗。本文将从近年来小容量复苏的出现、演变、监测指标等临床进展等方面做一综述。
