On Forestry Instruments and their Litigation Issues in the Xiaojiang River Basin of Qiandongnan

在对小江流域的林业契约文书进行调查的基础上,分析了小江流域林业契约的形式和买卖契约的要项等,并探讨了相关诉讼问题。初步了解小江流域在清代民国时期的社会状况、经济生活、林业经营情况以及相关诉讼中民间法与国家法的互动关系。

Based on the investigation of forestry instruments in the Xiaojiang river basin, the study is to make an analysis of the forming and key factors of the purchase contracts in the area and their litigation issues. Through the study of these contract documents, a preliminary understanding is to be reached on the social situations, economic life, forestry management in the area as well as the interactive relationship between civil law and state law in related litigation in the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.
