摘要
马隘河特大桥32m槽形梁现浇施工时,采用碗扣式钢管搭设满堂支架,钢管柱作支墩、"工"字钢做纵横梁预留门洞的模板支撑系统。文章介绍了该项目整个支撑体系的构造设计、基底处理、结构受力检算及施工工艺要点,为类似工程的支撑系统设计与受力分析提供了有益参考。
As the 32 m channel beam of Mayi River Bridge was constructed,it applied bowl-scaffold steel to build frames, uses steel pillars as buttress,and "I" character steel as the module supporting system of longitudinal and horizontal beam reservation door opening.The paper introduces the structural design,foundation processing,structural stress check and construction key points of this project s whole supporting system,for the reference of similar supporting system design and stress analysis.
