摘要
规范公文处理工作,提高公文质量和效率,关系到农业科研院所工作的正常运转。文章论述了农业科研院所公文存在的问题、成因,并提出了建设性的对策。
Regulating the work on official documents processing is meaningful to improve their quality and processing efficiency and promote the development of agricultural scientific research institutes.The paper summarizes the common problem in this work,analyzes the causes and puts forward the solutions and the suggestions on improving official documents＇ quality.
