根据发表情况文献分析我国护士的身体健康状况

Through the published literatures analysis the health status of domestic nurses

目的:了解我国临床护士的身体健康状况。方法:采用文献分析法对我国2002～2011年有关护士身体健康的36篇文献进行分析。结果:(1)从文献基本特征来看,近年来关于护士身体健康的文献数量增加,内容细化,缺乏统一系统的评判标准。(2)从文献调查结果看多数临床护士处于亚健康水平,临床护士患病疾病谱广,随着年龄及护龄的增加,职业相关性疾病发生率增加,临床护士的自我保健意识淡薄。结论:目前我国临床护士的体能及健康状况欠佳,缺乏临床护士身体健康的保障机制,在职临床护士的身体健康状况值得关注。

Objective：To know the health status of domestic clinical nurses. Methods：Totally 36 chinese journal papers searched from CNKI and CBM data- bases from 2002 to 2011 were analyzed statistically by the method of literature metrology. Results ： （ 1 ） From the basic characteristics of literatures, the a- mount of literature about the nurse＇s health was increasing in recent years,the contents were refine, a lack of unified system evaluation standard. （2）From the literature survey we can see the majority of clinical nurses in the sub - health state, Their clinical disease spectrum is wide, With their age and work years increased, the incidence related to occupation disease increasing, clinical nurses self - care consciousness. Conclusion：At present our domestic clinical nur- ses have poor health ,lack of clinical nurse~ health protection mechanism, the manager should pay much attention to the clinical nurse＇s health.
