医院与居家护理互动模式对腹膜透析患者依从性的影响研究

The effect of hospital and home care mode of interaction on compliance influence of peritoneal dialysis patients

目的:探讨医院与居家护理互动对腹膜透析患者依从性的影响。方法:将60例终末期肾脏病(ESRD)患者随机分对照组和干预组各30例。对照组采用常规指导,干预组在此基础上采用系统的医院居家互动式护理干预,比较两组患者干预后治疗依从性。结果:两组患者对透析方案及门诊复诊的依从性比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),而对透析操作不规范未按时充分评估、水盐控制不理想方面比较干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹膜透析患者实施医院居家互动式护理干预可提高患者治疗的依从性。

Objective：To discuss hospital and home care interaction on peritoneal dialysis patients compliance influence. Methods：60 patients with end - stage renal disease（ESRD） patients were randondy divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in each group. The control group using conventional guidance,the intervention group on the basis of the system of hospital home interactive nursing intervention,and in two groups after the inter- vention of the treatment compliance in patients investigated. Results：In two groups of patients on dialysis solution and out -patient referral compliance is no statistical difference（ P 〉 0.05 ） ,while on the operation of dialysis, dialysis adequacy assessment and salt control compliance differences, that the intervention group was lower than control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： On the implementation of hospital home peritoneal dialysis patients with interactive nursing in- tervention can improve patients eompliance.
