临床护理路径在踝关节骨折病人中的应用效果探讨

目的:探讨临床路径(CP)护理应用于踝关节骨折病人的效果。方法:按入院先后顺序,将50例踝关节骨折病人分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予临床路径护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组病人平均住院天数、住院费用和护理工作满意度。结果:两组病人平均住院天数、住院费用和对护理服务满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对踝关节骨折病人应用CP护理,可缩短平均住院时间,降低住院费用,提高病人对护理工作满意度。

Objective ：To explore the effects of clinical pathway nursing in patients with the fraction of ankle. Methods ： According to admission time, We divided the 50 patients with the fraction of ankle into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group were received the clinical pathway nursing, the control group were given the routine nursing. A comparison was conducted between the two groups in the average day and cost for hospitalization and the satisfaction to nursing. Results：The average day and cost for hospitalization in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The satisfaction to nursing in the intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Clinical pathway nursing management of fraction of ankle can shorten the average day for hospitalization, lower the cost for hospitalization, and enhancement the patients satis- faction to nursing.
