摘要
总结巷道靶向垂直投料孔施工的特种钻探工艺方法。通过两个深236 m、口径172 mm、倾斜度≤2°的钻孔实例,阐述了特种扩孔钻头设计原理、防斜导正钻具组合方法、破碎带及溶洞穿越护壁堵漏手段、下管及固井要点等关键技术,施工质量满足设计要求。采用先导孔后扩孔法施工垂直投料孔,把握住特种扩孔钻头设计与施工环节,控制好特种同心夹持器在下管焊接中的应用,按规范固井,可以取得良好的技术经济效果。值得类似工程借鉴。
The paper summaries special drilling technology method of construction of roadway batching hole.Through two drilling instance of 236 m deep,diameter 172 mm,gradient of not more than 2,the authors expound design principles of special ream bit,anti-inclined assembly methods,fractured zone and cave through the wall plugging means down tube and cementing points and other key technology.The quality of construction meets the design requirements.The authors adopt reaming method of construction of perpendicular batching hole after the pilot hole,seize special reaming drill bit design and construction methods,control the application of the next pipe welding of special concentric gripper according to standard cementing.Good technical and economic results can be achieved.It is worth using for reference.
