摘要
无刷直流电机控制系统由控制电路、检测反馈电路、信号隔离电路、驱动电路、主电路五大部分组成,其中控制电路采用MSP430F1611单片机实现;信号隔离采用了高速光耦6N137;转速检测利用无刷电机内部的霍尔传感器实现;电流检测引进了TI公司的霍尔电流传感器ACS712;驱动电路采用IR2130驱动芯片,该芯片自带2μs的死区时间,可同时输出六路驱动信号;主电路则采用三相桥式结构,由六个场效应管IRF540构成。整个系统按照转速、电流双闭环控制方式,引进PI算法,以一台52 W的无刷直流电机(42BLF02)为被控对象,实现了电机的转速控制并保证了良好的稳态及动态性能,整个系统充分发挥了集成芯片的优势,电路简单,功耗低,而且可靠性比较高,具有一定的应用价值。
This paper introduced the design of brushless DC motor control system consists of five part such as control circuit, detection feedback circuit, signal isolating circuit, drive circuit and main circuit. The single chip microcomputer MSP430F1611 used as control circuit; The light coupling N137 used as signal isolating; Rev test using brushless motors internal hall sensors to realize; Electric current detection introduced TI company's hall current sensor ACS712; The IR2130 used as driving circuit, the chip bring 2 p.s the dead zone of time, at the same time all six drive signal output ; Main circuit is three-phase bridge type structure, composed by six mosfet IRF540. The whole system adoped the speed and the current double closed loop con- trol mode, which with PI algorithm, with a 52 W of brushless DC motor(42BLF02)for the controlled object, realized the motor speed control and to ensure the good steady and dynamic performance. The whole system give full play to the advantages of integrated chips, circuit is simple, low power consumption, and high relia- bility, it is worth to be applied.
