摘要
介绍一种基于高性能数字信号控制器的恒压注水控制系统设计,给出该控制系统的硬件结构图和测控程序流程图。投产结果表明,该控制系统有较强的环境适应性和良好的系统特性,它能够平稳控制注水压力和注水量,同时可以提高注水机组泵的效率,降低系统的能耗,不仅能节省大量的资金,改善整个管网的水力条件,而且能提高油田的产出率,具有广泛的应用前景。
This paper presented a high-performance digital signal controller-based constant oilfield injection system, and gave the control system hardware structure and flow chart of measurement and control system. The results show that this control system has a strong environmental adaptability and good system properties, it can smooth control water pressure and water injection. It can improve the efficiency of water injection pump and reduce system energy consumption, not only save a lot of money, improve the hydraulic conditions of the pipe network, but also enhance the oil production rate, and it has broad application prospects.
