加强高职院校学生日常思想政治教育工作的思考——以新疆职业大学为例

高等职业教育的主要目的就是要培养"德计共举、知行合一"的高级技能综合性人才。高职院校思想政治教育必须深入了解学生的思想和感受,探寻思想政治教育的新思路和新举措,突出思想政治教育的核心载体作用,通过多种方式的日常高职学生思想政治教育对大学生进行合理有效地引导,积极拓展途径,创新工作机制,不断加强和改进高职学生思想政治教育,努力提高高职学生思想政治素质,大力推进高职学生的全面发展。

The main purpose of Higher Occupation Education is to cultivate the comprehensive talented personnel for advanced skills. But the education on thought and politician must be based on the deep understanding of the ideological and psychological experience. What＇s more, exploring the new ideas and new measures of the ideological and political education and highlighting the core carrier action of the ideological and political education. The reasonable effective guidance is provided for the college students by a variety of ways of carrying out the education on thought and politician. For Instance, the active expansion of the ways, the innovation of job mechanism, strengthening and improving the college students＂ ideological and political education, and striving to improve college students＂ Ideological and political quality, promoting the college students＂ comprehensive development.
