摘要
目的探讨避免压力蒸汽灭菌后纸塑单包装金属器械湿包的方法。方法将纸塑单包装金属器械2 230件随机分为对照组和实验组各1 115件。对照组将纸塑袋竖放于灭菌筐内,纸面对塑面,包与包互相挨靠;实验组为不锈钢灭菌筐设计专用活动支架,根据灭菌器械的规格选择相应间距的支架,每个包间距≥2.5cm。灭菌结束后观察湿包情况。结果对照组和实验组湿包发生率分别为36.05%和0.54%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论纸塑单包装金属器械采用活动支架装载灭菌,干燥效果显著,可避免湿包现象发生。
Objective To explore methods for preventing wet pack after sterilization of metal instruments which were packaged singly with paper-plastic material and were autoclaved. Methods Totally,2 230 metal instruments packaged singly with paper-plastic material were randomized into two groups of 1 115.Packages in the control group were placed vertically and next to each other with the paper surface facing the plastic surface.For the experimental group we designed movable stainless steel frames with 2 standard widths.Packages were placed in the frame which was chosen according to specifications of instruments,with bags being spaced 2.5 cm and wider apart. Results The occurrence rates of wet pack were 36.05% in the control group and 0.54% in the experimental group,with statistical difference between the two groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion Sterilization of metal instruments packaged singly with paper-plastic material by using movable stainless steel frame,can improve drying effect and prevent wet pack.
