摘要
目的提高脑瘫患儿康复训练效果。方法成立由儿科康复治疗师、社区护士和家长组成的社区引导式康复训练指导小组,培训社区护士和家长考试合格后即对86例脑瘫患儿进行社区引导式康复训练,包括异常姿势控制训练、语言功能训练、运动功能训练及认知功能训练。结果训练后患儿的Gesell测评发育障碍程度及运动功能、语言交流、异常姿势矫正、认知功能实现目标评分显著优于训练前(均P<0.01)。结论社区引导式康复训练能促进患儿康复。
Objective To improve rehabilitation effects in children with cerebral palsy. Methods We established a community-based conductive rehabilitation training team consisting of pediatric rehabilitation therapists,community nurses and parents of children with cerebral palsy,and provided training for community nurses and parents.After qualification examination they conducted community-based conductive rehabilitation training to 86 children with cerebral palsy including abnormal postural control training,linguistic function training,motor function training,and cognitive function training. Results The degree of developmental disorders measured by the Gesell Infant Development Scale was significantly milder,the scores of motor function,linguistic function,abnormal posture correction,and cognitive function were significantly higher after the intervention(P〈0.01 for all). Conclusion Community-based conductive rehabilitation training can promote recovery of children with cerebral palsy.
