摘要
目的探讨3种运动方式对老年人超越老化的影响,为老年人选择有效的运动方式提供参考。方法从衡阳市太平小区招募老年人120人,分为三组进行为期6个月的太极拳、扇子舞及快走运动干预,每次45~60min,每周5次。结果随着干预时间的延长,三组老年人超越老化观感总分及其各维度得分逐步提高(均P<0.01);三组超越老化总分及宇宙超越感评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),太极拳组评分最高、扇子舞组次之、快走组最低。结论太极拳、扇子舞及快走均对老年人超越老化观感有促进作用,太极拳效果最好,扇子舞次之。建议老年人选择太极拳或扇子舞,从而实现成功老龄化。
Objective To explore the impact of 3 physical exercise programs on gerotranscendence of elderly people,and to provide information for them to select effective exercise. Methods A total of 120 elderly people living in Taiping community in Hengyang city were recruited and randomized into three groups.They were instructed to do either Tai Chi Chuan,Fan dance,or fast walking respectively,with the frequency being 5 times per week and 45-60 min each time. Results The total gerotranscendence score and all dimension scores were improved with time for the 3 groups(P〈0.01 for all);there were statistical differences in total gerotranscendence score and universe-transcendence dimension score among the 3 groups(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),with the highest scores in the Tai Chi Chuan group and lowest scores in the fast walking group. Conclusion The above-mentioned 3 physical exercise programs play an effective role in gerotranscendence of elderly people,with the effect of Tai Chi Chuan being greatest and followed by Fan dance.It is suggested that elderly people choose Tai Chi Chuan or Fan dance to achieve successful aging.
