外感病滥用寒凉的原因分析

Cause analysis of abuse of cold and cool medicinals to treat external-contraction diseases

外感病滥用寒凉自古有之,于今尤甚。其原因有历史原因和现前原因两部分。历史原因包括:北宋时期,庞安时、朱肱等仅以季节和地域为凭,在辛温解表方中加入寒凉药,是外感病滥用寒凉的发端;金元时期,刘完素机械地强调"六气皆从火化",以自制双解散等通治外感病,使外感病滥用寒凉问题进一步恶化;明清之后,"温病概念的泛化"彻底改变了中医对外感病的诊治思路,使外感病用药普遍偏于寒凉等。现前原因包括:对"截断扭转"学说的错误理解,"中医西化"的不良影响,电视广告对患者的误导等。

Since ancient times doctors have abused cold and cool medicinals to treat external-contraction diseases, which worsens off at the present time. This phenomenon can be attributed to two kinds of causes, historical ones and modern ones. The former includes the adding of cold and cool medicinals to formulas of releasing exterior with pungent-warm medicinals by PANG An-shi and ZHU Gong in the North Song Dynasty, only based on seasons and places, which was the earliest ever recorded; this situation deteriorated when LIU Wan-su mechanically advocated his theory of ＇transformation of six qi from fire＇ and hold that his Dual Releasing Powder was indicated for all external-contraction diseases in the Jin and Yuan Dynasties; since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the concept of warm diseases changed the way doctors treated external-contraction diseases, which made more doctors tend to use cold and cool medicinals. Modern causes include the misunderstanding of the ＇truncation and torsion theory＇,inappropriate westernization of TCM and misleading drug advertisements.
