艾叶水煎液外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型的影响

External curative effect of Mugwort water decoction in oral ulceration guinea pig model

目的:观察艾叶水煎液外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型的影响。方法:以90%苯酚溶液灼烧豚鼠面颊造口腔溃疡模型,观察大、中、小剂量艾叶水煎液外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型溃疡面积变化、溃疡程度、血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量及溃疡局部病理组织学变化的影响。结果:用苯酚溶液造豚鼠口腔溃疡模型成功,与模型组相比,大、中、小剂量艾叶水煎液可显著减小口腔溃疡面积(P<0.01),显著降低血清TNF-α水平(P<0.01),显著减轻局部病理变化;大、中、小剂量艾叶水煎液可显著减轻口腔溃疡水肿程度(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:艾叶水煎液外用对豚鼠口腔溃疡模型有较好的治疗作用。

Objective： To explore the external curative effect of Mugwort Water decoction in oral ulceration guinea pigs model. Methods： The guinea pigs, whose cheeks were burnt by ninety percent of phenol to establish the models of oral ulceration. Measure the oral ulceration area, the oral ulceration level, the Serum TNF-α and the pathological change of the ulceration tissue to observe the external curative effect of large, medium and small-dose Mugwort water decoction in oral ulceration guinea gig model. Results： Oral ulceration in guinea pigs with phenol-made model is successful. Compared with the model group, the large, medium and small-dose Mugwort water decoction can remarkably improve the area of ulceration and the pathological changes, significantly inhibit the release of oral ulcer inflammatory mediators TNF-α. The large and medium-dose Mugwort water can significantly reduce the degree of local edema, but the small-dose Mugwort water obviously reduce the degree of local edema. Conclusion： Mugwort water decoction has remarkable external curative effect on oral ulceration guinea pigs model.
