摘要
在高速精密自动机械中凸轮机构凸轮轮廓曲线非常复杂,给凸轮三维精确建模带来了困难,且精度较低的凸轮轮廓曲线不能满足凸轮后续CAM和CAE的要求.凸轮轮廓曲线的设计原理是根据工作所要求的从动件运动规律,推导出从动件位移与凸轮转角之间的方程式,依据方程式绘出凸轮轮廓曲线,保证所得凸轮轮廓曲线的精确性.以直动从动件五次项运动规律的圆柱凸轮为例介绍了基于UG NX的圆柱凸轮参数化建模方法.
The cam profile curve of cam mechanism in high speed and precise automatic mech- anism is very complex,it brings difficulties for creating 3D precise modeling. In addition,the cam profile curve with much lower accuracy can not meet the requirements in the subsequent CAE and CAM. The design principle of cam profile curve is to determine the equation be- tween the displacement of the follower and the rotation angle of the cam according to the mo- tion rule of the follower required in operation. The cam profile curve would be drew based on the equation, assuring the accuracy of the generated cam profile curve. The article takes cylin- drical cam of rectilinear translating follower with quintic polynomial motion law as an exam- ple to introduce the method of the cylindrical cam parametric modeling based on UG NX.
