摘要
目的:探讨活血化瘀药物治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的机制。方法:以佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠为模型,观察血府逐瘀提取物对其血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和一氧化氮(NO)及滑膜组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。结果:AA大鼠血清TNF-α和NO及滑膜组织中VEGF的表达均高于正常对照组;高、中剂量血府逐瘀提取物组的TNF-α和NO及滑膜组织中VEGF的表达低于模型组。结论:血府逐瘀提取物可改善AA大鼠足趾肿胀程度,降低病理评分,降低异常升高的TNF-α、NO及抑制滑膜组织中VEGF的过度表达,得出瘀血闭阻可能是RA的发病机制之一。
Objective: To study the mechanism of treating rheumatoid arthritis with huoxuehuayu-method. Methods: Using the model of adjuvant arthritis rats to observe the effect of serum TNF-α, No and VEGF in synovium with Xuefuzhuyu extractive. Results: Compared with the contrasted group, the levels of model group's serum TNF-α, NO and VEGF in synovium were significantly higher. Compared with the model group, the levels of high and middle-dose group's serum TNF-α, NO and VEGF in synovium were lower. Conclusion: Xuefuzhuyu extractive can significantly improve the swelling degree of joints of AA rats, decrease pathological scores, and decrease the abnormal elevation of TNF- α, NO and over expression of VEGF in synovium. On the whole, syndrome of blood stasis may be one of pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthriti.
