三位八步逐层推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Observation on the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by three postures and eight steps layer by layer Tuina method

目的:对三位八步逐层推拿法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效进行观察、比较。方法:从腰椎间盘突出症患者中选取95名,随机分为推拿组48例和牵引组47例。分别将两组的临床疗效和治疗前后疼痛评分进行对比分析。结果:推拿组有效率为95.8%,痊愈率为56.3%;牵引组有效率为83.0%,痊愈率为12.8%。两组治疗后疼痛评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且推拿组疼痛改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论:三位八步逐层推拿法对于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗具有良好的临床疗效,且明显优于牵引治疗。

Objective： To observe and compare the clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by three postures and eight steps layer by layer Tuina method. Methods： Select 95 patients of lumbar disc herniation and separate them into Tuina group and Traction group. Analyses and compares the clinical effect and pain grade. Results： The effective rate of Tuina group is 95.83%, the recovery effect is 56.25%; the effective rate of Traction group is 83.0%, the recovery effect is 12.8%. In the two groups, the pain grade after treatment reduces distinctly （P〈0.01）, and in Tuina group the reduce is more distinct （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by three postures and eight steps layer by layer Tuina method is very good, and much better than the method of traction.
